Passed away on 11th June 2018 aged 55 Years.

Funeral Service to be held at Wyre Forest Crematorium

at 4.30pm on Friday 29th June 2018

The gathering afterwards will be held at St George's Hall, Load Street, Bewdley, DY12 2EQ

Family flowers only, however donations in memory of Nikki are being accepted to benefit Mind

For this purpose a donation box will be placed at the Crematorium.
